Workshop Bookings | Terms and Conditions

  1. Your spot is secured once we receive payment. You will receive a confirmation email. 
If you didn't receive a confirmation email shortly after your payment, please check your spam email. Any questions please contact us at hello@artisantribe.com.au

  2. Please set a reminder or calendar event on your device. We do not send reminder emails. Unfortunately, we can not issue credits or a refund if you forget or are unable to attend on the day as this spot has been reserved for you, materials have been purchased and someone may have taken your place.   3. We know plans can change and the unexpected can happen. We offer a credit note for up to 7 days before booking. After this your ticket is non refundable but it is possible to transfer any booking to another person to take your place or in some cases, you may be able to collect the materials to take home.

  4. To run workshops we require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met and we need to cancel, we reserve the right to do so at any time and will notify you immediately. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund equal to the workshop's value or transfer to an alternative date if suitable. Refunds or credits will not exceed the original purchase price of the workshop.
